LAWN WELLNESS PROGRAM
ROUND 1 LATE WINTER-EARLY SPRING
This is a pre-emergent crabgrass control with a Nutrient Enhanced Feeding. It creates a barrier in the top layer of soil so crabgrass can not break though. This must be applied before soil temperatures warm up. The feeding will help with the spring green up. This application will not be affected by bad weather.
ROUND 2 EARLY SPRING-LATE SPRING
TWO Applications-ONE Visit
- This is a second crabgrass control with a Nutrient Enhanced Feeding. This will control any breakthrough/germinated crabgrass seedlings.
- Blanket Broadleaf Weed Control: This is NOT a Pre-emergent weed control. This is a Liquid Contact Killer, weeds must be present. (Chickweed, Clover, Dandelion, etc). Weeds will die 10-12 days.
**Weed Control is FREE after round 2 if you are on the program**
ROUND 3 EARLY SUMMER
Nutrient Enhanced Feeding: The Nutrient Enhanced Feeding will get your lawn off to a great start before the summer heat arrives.
Broadleaf Weed Control as Needed
**FREE Grub Control with round 3 service ONLY** This will control grubs, which feed on the root system of your grass. The grub control also helps minimize nuisance insects in the lawn. Other company’s charge extra for grub control. We believe grub control is vital for your lawns protection and all lawns should receive it.
ROUND 4 MID SUMMER
Liquid Weed Control, Crabgrass Killer, Nutsedge Killer and Lawn Assessment.
Nutrient Enhanced Feeding. This application utilizes bio-nutrients, enzymes, bio-stimulants, and microbe food sources to create optimum conditions for your lawn and soil. Which enhances the color of your grass and adds the needed nutrients to fight against the summer stress.
ROUND 5 LATE SUMMER
Nutrient Enhanced Feeding. This application utilizes bio-nutrients, enzymes, bio-stimulants, and microbe food sources to create optimum conditions for your lawn and soil.

ROUND 6 EARLY FALL-LATE FALL
TWO Applications-ONE Visit
- Nutrient Enhanced Feeding of a healthy blend of Iron, Phosphate and Nutrients that will help your lawn recover from the summer stress.
- Winterizer: It concentrates below the soil, strengthening root systems and developing plant hardiness. This prepares your lawn for the start of the next growing season. This is a very beneficial application.
**FREE Granular Limestone with round 6 service ONLY** Lime neutralizes the pH level of your soil and in return conditions and promotes growth in the soil. This is great for when you get Fall Aeration and Seeding.
